AMPATH & Internet2

AMPATH project participation is established through a Memorandum of Understanding between a Project Participant and Florida International University. As part of this agreement, AMPATH can provide connectivity to Internet2’s Abilene network. Project Participants must have signed an Interconnection Agreement with Abilene in order to connect to Internet2’s Abilene network. In addition, the Project Participant, when peering with the Abilene network will have the choice of participating in Abilene’s International Transit Network (ITN) service.
